			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>This is a lovely vanilla-scented fondue – it’s perfect with mint or raspberry flavours, but is just as delicious on its own.</em></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients List:</strong><br />
250g white chocolate<br />
50g butter<br />
150ml double cream<br />
1 tsp. vanilla extract</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1) Finely chop the chocolate.</p>
<p>2) Heat the double cream and butter in the fondue pot until just bubbling at the edges.</p>
<p>3) Remove from the heat and add in the chocolate, whisking all the time until smooth.</p>
<p>4) Add the vanilla extract and mix well.</p>
<p>5) To serve, turn the fondue pot down to the lowest setting so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.</p>
<p>6) Serve with the crudités of your choice.</p>

<p>5 ounces of chocolate, chopped.<br />
1 cup of cocoa powder, sifted.<br />
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar.<br />
1 1/4 cups of water.<br />

<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Sift the cocoa into a mixing bowl and then set aside.</p>
<p>Put the water, sugar and corn syrup in a pot and bring to boil.</p>
<p>Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the sugar solution has reduced by about 30%.</p>
<p>Pour the cocoa powder into the solution and blend with a whisk until smooth.</p>
<p>Return the chocolate mixture to the stove and continue cooking over a medium heat.</p>
<p>Add the heavy cream; bring to boil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate.</p>
<p>Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.</p>
